ABOUT ME
Ever since I was young, I knew I wanted to get into a career path that would make a difference in people’s lives. This interest led me to obtaining a Master's in Christian Counseling and eventually becoming licensed as a professional counselor. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate in the greater Charlotte area, I am committed to the holistic well-being of all my clients. This means I value honoring the mental, emotional, spiritual and physical parts of an individual.
I consider it an honor to sit with people during difficult times in their life. I hope to aid individuals in changing their relationship to difficult thoughts and emotions, as well as heal old wounds inflicted upon us from external sources. I will be your biggest advocate as you strive for health and growth.

LICENSED CLINICAL MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR ASSOCIATE
The North Carolina Board of Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselors has granted me approval to provide professional counseling services under appropriate supervision. This means I have fulfilled all education and clinical requirements, as well as passed the National Counseling Exam.

NATIONAL CERTIFIED COUNSELOR
September 2019 - Present
I have met high national standards in the counseling profession. This certification shows that I am committed to continuing my education and skills training, as well as abiding by ethical codes to ensure quality mental health care.
EMDR TRAINED
January 2021 - Present
I have received training in EMDR. This means I have received 40 hours of EMDR education and at least 10 hours of consultation from approved consultants.
