BCBS

I am INN with most BCBS health insurance plans. I will verify your benefits and coverage, as well as file insurance claims, for you. Policy holders are responsible for paying what the insurance will not (ie. copays, coinsurance, deductibles, etc.).

BRIGHT HEALTH

I am INN with commercial Bright Health plans. I will verify your benefits and coverage, as well as file insurance claims for you. Policy holders are responsible for paying what the insurance company will not (ie. copays, coinsurance, deductibles, etc.).

OUT OF NETWORK (OON)

For all other insurance companies, I am OON. This means you can use your out of network benefits and I will provide you with a Superbill to submit to the insurance company. I am unable to courtesy file at this time.
