**During COVID-19 I am still seeing some clients in person. If you need counseling services, but do not want to come into an office, then please consider contacting me about telehealth services. I use a secure video platform to protect you and provide you the support you need.

I will help you re-frame your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles. I’m confident you’ll find my personalized Individual Therapy beneficial and inspirational.

EMDR (EYE-MOVEMENT DESENSITIZATION AND REPROCESSING)
During EMDR, we will tap into your brain's natural healing process. We will aid the brain to reprocess disturbing material to relieve you of the symptoms you may be experiencing. Individuals are aware and conscious throughout the whole process, which differs from some treatments, such as hypnosis. I will be with you to guide you as we help the brain heal and improve your well-being.Â
